This banana bread recipe can be used to make banana muffins too, without changing anything in the recipe.

In a separate bowl mash your bananas and add to them the other wet ingredients: oil and soy milk. Add your wet mixture to your dry mixture and blend. Prepare your baking dish and spread the mixture with a spatula to cover it as best as possible. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for about 40 minutes. If you stick a toothpick into the bread and it comes out clean, then your banana bread is ready!
