Having a sweet tooth and wanting to lose weight at the same time is a difficult proposition. But it is not an impossible one. You do have healthy and refined-sugar-free desserts that are high in protein to satisfy your craving for desserts. We mostly refer to animal products as a high source of protein. But this is not the case. You can acquire healthy protein from plant-based products too. Chocolate Truffle Pudding  High Protein Diet

Pudding is a protein-rich dessert that has full fat coconut milk, Brain Octane Oil, and grass-fed butter. Start by mixing the three ingredients in a large bowl. Give it the right mix until you get a smooth mixture. After that, fold the mixture part by part in 8 ounces whipped topping. Make sure that they are no streaks. Take a truffle bowl or serving dish and place half of the pudding mixture first, brownies, and then some whipped cream. Repeat this one more time, and its complete. For garnishing, you may use any sliced or diced fruit of your choice. 

Jello Gelatin High Protein Diet

It is another protein-rich dessert that is prepare from powdered gelatine, lemon juice, and stevia as its main ingredients. You have to soften the gelatine by allowing it to soak in a bowl of cold water or juice. Now, to dissolve the gelatine add boiling water or juice into it. When the gelatine is mixed well and gets completely dissolved, add in the other remaining ingredients and stir to blend them. Once it is done, transfer the mixture to a baking pan and let it sit in the refrigerator to set. 

Paleo Strawberry Mousse 

Strawberry mousse is prepare by using only four ingredients. It has a beautiful color and flavor from strawberries and fluffy structure. Keep some coconut milk in the freezer and take a scoop into a chilled bowl. Melt the remaining coconut milk with gelatine. Keep stirring this mixture until the gelatine gets dissolve. Add honey to it. Now, blend this mixture with sliced strawberries in a blender. Once you get a smooth paste, add whipped coconut cream into it and let it chill before serving. 

Lemon Pudding With Strawberries

It is an easy high protein-rich dessert prepared by using full-fat coconut milk, strawberries, one lemon, vanilla extract, honey, gelatine, and three egg yolks. Mix the milk, lemon, vanilla extract, and honey in a pot. Now, whisk the yolks on medium flame and mix it with the previous mixture and let it chill. Top it with strawberries before serving.

Coconut Jelly 

Prepare coconut jelly first. You need to soften the gelatine by stirring in warm water. Take a saucepan stir the coconut cream in it. Add the gelatine water to it and cook for another five minutes. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and let it set in the refrigerator.
