Not only that, but veggie pizzas usually contain chickpeas, broccoli florets, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and other nutritious goodies.

Another terrific vegetarian food idea for vegetarians is rice cakes. There are many different kinds of rice cakes. Some have walnuts in them, some have garlic, and others just have real sugar in them. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you have at least one kind. My friends and family absolutely love rice cakes. It’s so much fun having them every time we have a party.

Some people also like to make pasta in the vegetarian way. You can find a variety of pasta types that are made for vegetarians. Cook them in vegetable oil or soy sauce, and add any vegetables you like. My mom makes some delicious pasta that just about everyone raves about. It’s really simple stuff.

Many vegetarians love dessert, and I have another favorite for them, fruit desserts. There are so many out there, that you can literally never go wrong. One of my favorites is veggie pizza. I don’t really like veggie pizza that much, but some of my friends actually do.

Others don’t have any onion or garlic, and that’s okay as well. I’ve had some vegetarians make their own bread crumbs, adding just a bit of extra spices to bring out the flavor.
